My family member went here & they have a computer now to sign in ( I’m sorry there are allot of elderly that knows nothing about a computer) they should have someone to help them, also my family member was in the room for almost 2 hrs & he can’t hardly walk, no one helped him open the door thank goodness we heard his walker to help open that heavy door! The girls behind the desk were rude acted like they didn’t care who you were,the acted like the computer can do the work for them! There was another lady came before her apt & by time she figure out the computer it was one minute after her apt they told her go set down you have to wait because you wasn’t signed in before your apt. Either someone help with the computer or the change something if not there will be allot of people leaving this office for good!!! We may be the first to leave!
